Guided tours and group visits:
Guided tours are only possible when booking in advance. We offer guided tours in Finnish, English and Swedish. Ask our customer service personnel about tours in simplified Finnish, Finnish Sign Language and other languages.

Outside regular opening hours the cost of guided tours are on a case-by-case basis and the cost of museum upkeep will be added to the cost of the tour itself.
Group visits
It is good to notify the museum about each group visit. Groups larger than 15 people get discounted ticket prices of 10 euros per person.
Arriving with a group
Our customer service personnel will give you arrival instructions when booking your visit. As you arrive at the museum, the person in charge of the group should inform the museum staff of your arrival at the information desk. With a larger group, it is best for everyone to wait outside or for example, in a bus during the signing-in process. Our customer service person will guide you forwards after signing in. Groups smaller than 20 persons are able to fit and wait in the foyer.
