You can take photos and videos at the museum, but the use of flash is prohibited.

You cannot touch the objects in our museum and most of our objects are stored in display cases. You can touch some objects in our exhibits which are seperately marked. Our staff will gladly instruct you further.

Our museum has four floors. The ground floor has bathrooms and a cloakroom. The first floor has the main entry, museum shop and the main exhibition. The second floor has spaces for our temporary exhibitions. The third floor has the armoury and areas for workshops and other communal activities. All of these spaces are open for our visitors.

The cloak room is located on the ground floor, where he have coat racks and lockable lockers. Bags and backbags larger than the paper size A4 need to be left in the cloak room. Our staff will help you with the lockers if needed.

You can eat your own snacks at the Salon, the lobby on the second floor or in the communal room on the third floor.

You can bring a service dog with you during your visit, other dogs are not allowed to enter the museum.

During the whole visit the teacher is responsible for the group. You can ask the staff for the advice and they can also help you get comfortable with the equipment in our museum.
- When you arrive to the museum, the first place you come to is the entry hall, where the information desk and the ticket sale is.
- The storage space for clothing is on the ground floor and on the third floor. You can also find lockable lockers in these spaces where you must leave backbags and bigger bags in during your visit.
- The bathrooms are located on the ground floor
- The entry to the main exhibit is on the right when entering the museum.
- The spaces for co-working are on the third floor.
- The second floor of the museum has spaces for temporary exhibitions.
- You cannot touch the objects and works in the museum. Don’t touch the cases either.
- When doing your assignments, remember to leave space for others. You can look at the objects or works from a bit further away. You can’t use the display cases or walls as writing pads.
- Move in the museums as a group and follow the teacher’s instructions. Move around the museum in a calm manner and do not run. Bear in mind the other guests at the museum.
- You don’t have to be completely silent in the museum and you can ask questions or have conversations in a calm manner. It is polite to keep your phone on silent or turn it off during your museum visit.
