As Lahti Historical Museum reopens, the museum is doing a visitor survey in June 2024. At Lahti Historical Museum time lives on. The Historical Museum is an important part of the cultural heritage of Lahti. That’s why it’s important to us that people from Lahti and outside it feel connected to the museum while the museum works as a source of historical information, helping people to understand the present while learning from the past.

We haven’t done any previous visitor surveys in the museum, so the goal of this survey is to see different kinds of visitor groups while also surveying the effectiveness and immersiveness of our museum and how it is received. We seek to find out how our visitors experience the museum. We appreciate any kind of feedback – positive or negative, because our goal is for the Historical Museum to be an inspiring and positive experience for everyone, which you want to visit again and again.

It takes 5 to 10 minutes to answer the survey and you can answer the survey online or at the museum, on paper or with the help of our museum guides. The survey is anonymous so please do not leave any personal details!
